We LOVE to do Parties…if there is something you want, just ask!!!!!!! We are here to help!!  If you have special decorations and themed items..drop them off ahead of time and we will decorate your table for you!

Tips for Walk In Parties

While we welcome walk-in parties at any time, we ask that you do not attempt a walk-in party during our regular peak  party times on Saturday a(11 a.m.-5 pm) and Sunday (12-5 p.m.). Deposits:  Scheduled parties require a $100 non-refundable deposit.  We understand things occur that are out of ones control, therefore, we will always reschedule your party in the event of an emergency.  If the party is cancelled more than 14 days of the event date, the deposit will be issued in the form of a Have A Hoot Gift Card, good for one year from issue date.  If the party is cancelled within 14 days of the date of the event, no refund will be issued. Unfortunately we can only offer a private table, and guarantee a party table if you make a party booking with Have a Hoot.  An unscheduled walk-in will result in over-booking of space and therefore a lack of seating for the children and families of those parties who did book a party.  Outside cakes, cupcakes, food and/or beverages are also not permitted for walk-in parties.  Decorations, table coverings, etc. are also not permitted.  You can order pizza, pitchers of drinks, etc., however, we suggest ordering pizza in advance.  If you would like to book a party at the time you are walking in, we would be more than happy to do so, and will make every effort to accomodate the walk-in time.  Cakes/cupcakes are permitted for booked parties only. We will always make every attempt to be sure anyone who comes to Have A Hoot has the time of their life and a Hoot of a Party; and we can accomplish this with reserving walk-ins for our off-peak hours and our reserving tables for regular/non-party customers.
